Responsibilities

• Own the ATS and manage pipeline configuration and integrations.
• Audit hiring processes to identify and fix bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard.
• Design structured intake templates and interview guides.
• Set SLAs across the recruiting process.
• Create documentation and playbooks for recruiting.
• Manage the recruiting tech stack beyond the ATS.
• Partner with Finance on headcount planning.
