Job summary

Rillet is hiring for a hands-on role to build and scale recruiting workflows, automations, and integrations. You’ll partner with recruiters to reduce friction, improve data quality, and implement AI-enabled tools while ensuring solutions scale with the company.

You’ll own end-to-end processes, measure adoption, and document architectures to keep the recruiting function fast, accurate, and adaptable as Rillet grows.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and deploy automated workflows and tools.
• Strong judgment and systems thinking to identify root causes.
• Comfort with experimental tools and AI-assisted automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve recruiting systems, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with recruiters to reduce friction and improve data quality.
• Build solutions from Ashby workflows to Slack bots and internal apps.
• Diagnose root causes and redesign processes when needed.
• Make recruiting data trustworthy with clear pipeline visibility.
• Automate repetitive recruiter tasks while preserving essential human touch.
• Oversee adoption and iteration after launch.
• Create simple, scalable documentation for growing teams.
• Evaluate new recruiting tech and AI tools for effectiveness.
• Balance quick wins with flexible, scalable solutions.
