Job summary

Rillet is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic people partner across functions as we scale beyond 200 employees after Series C. You will design org structure, coach leaders, and own people decisions with speed and judgment.

You will lead employee relations end to end, run performance and compensation cycles, and turn people data into scalable playbooks. You will also leverage AI to automate repeatable tasks and free time for strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as HRBP or People Partner in high-growth environments.
• Scaled through the 150–500 employee range.
• Deep employee relations experience with multi-state US employment fluency; international experience is a plus.
• Have run performance and compensation cycles yourself, not just supported them.
• Leaders trust you fast and you are direct, even when the answer is no.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders on org design, headcount planning, leveling, and team structure.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, team dynamics, and difficult conversations.
• Own employee relations end to end, including investigations, performance improvements, and separations, with counsel coordination.
• Run performance and compensation cycles, from calibration to communication, with People Ops.
• Turn people data into decisions and build scalable playbooks for the company.
• Use AI to automate repeatable parts of People work to free time for judgment and strategy.
