• Own Ashby end-to-end, managing configurations and automations.
• Audit the hiring process to identify bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard.
• Manage the recruiting tech stack for optimal performance.
• Collaborate on headcount planning and tracking.
