Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that power recruiting at Rillet.
• Partner with recruiters to identify friction, manual work, and unreliable data, then prioritize impactful improvements.
• Build solutions from Ashby workflows and automations to Slack bots, AI tools, integrations, and internal apps.
• Diagnose root causes and redesign underlying processes when tooling alone won’t solve the problem.
• Make recruiting data trustworthy, providing visibility into pipeline health and funnel performance.
• Automate repetitive recruiter work while preserving necessary human judgment.
• Own recruiting processes after launch, drive adoption, measure success, and iterate.
• Create simple, scalable documentation to keep systems healthy as the team grows.
• Evaluate and implement new recruiting technology and AI tools to boost effectiveness.
