Addison Group in Houston is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support new hire orientation, onboarding, and recruiting activities. This role collaborates with the corporate HR team to ensure accurate and timely documentation, and to coordinate onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has HR/recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Bilingual candidates are preferred and experience with an ATS is a plus.

Qualificações

• HR/recruiting experience required.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and administrative HR tasks preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions approximately one to two times per week.
• Assign, process, review, and error-check onboarding paperwork with corporate HR to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening including background checks, drug screens, and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting process to ensure documentation and pre-employment requirements are completed on time.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls using established questions and guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and corporate HR to support a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee documentation and ensure paperwork is properly processed and organized.
