alliant is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Houston to lead and develop a team of recruiters while managing a portfolio of open roles. This hands-on leadership role blends team development with full-cycle recruiting and coaching, partnering with hiring managers to shape strategies.

You will strengthen recruiting practices, deliver a positive candidate experience, and drive growth through data-driven decisions in an in-office role with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Communications or related field.
• Progressive talent acquisition background with full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience leading and coaching recruiting professionals.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers across functions and levels.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tech.
• Ability to leverage data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• US work authorization; Houston-based relocation or residency.
