Job summary

alliantgroup, LP in Houston seeks a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for software engineers, technical program managers, and product engineers. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft sourcing strategies, and deliver a superior candidate experience.

You'll build pipelines, manage interviews, offers, and onboarding, while tracking metrics and ensuring compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Preferred: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, including recruitment for Software Engineers, Technical Program Managers, or other technical roles at multiple levels.
• Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of tech terms, programming languages, and engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers, Technical Program Managers, Software Product Managers and related roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies for positions at all levels.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess qualifications, relevant technical or program experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to negotiate offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and source effectiveness.
• Support onboarding coordination to help new hires transition smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, hiring efficiency, and the candidate experience.
