Job summary

alliantgroup, LP is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters and own a portfolio of open roles. This hands‑on leadership role blends coaching with full‑cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to shape strategies and deliver a positive candidate experience.

In this in‑office role based in Houston, TX, you will set recruiting standards, develop pipelines, leverage data, and work with HR leaders to align talent priorities with business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications or a related field.
  • Progressive talent acquisition background with full‑cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven success leading and developing recruiting professionals.
  • Strong partnering with hiring managers and business leaders across functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering accountability, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent, candidate‑focused recruiting practices.
  • Monitor recruiting workloads and outcomes, adjusting priorities and resources based on hiring needs, business priorities, and team capacity.
  • Establish and reinforce consistent recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices that align with organizational policies and applicable employment requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of open positions while leading full‑cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through candidate evaluation, offer development, and pre‑hire transition.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience through timely communication and effective representation of the organization and its employee value proposition.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and establish clear expectations for the recruiting process.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor, providing guidance on sourcing, talent availability, interviewing, and hiring decisions throughout the search.
  • Partner with People/HR leaders and key stakeholders to advance workforce and talent priorities.
  • Use recruiting data and trends to identify challenges and recommend improvements to recruiting processes, tools, workflows, and stakeholder experiences.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives, including employer brand, referrals, talent pipelines, recruiting technology, and talent‑market trend monitoring.
  • Apply emerging recruiting practices and talent‑market insights to strengthen the organization’s approach to attracting talent.

Job description

As the Recruiting Manager, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while managing your own portfolio of open roles. This hands‑on leadership role combines team development with full‑cycle recruiting, allowing you to coach and support your team while helping set the standard for how we attract and hire talent. This is an in‑office, five days a week role where you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, shape effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive hiring experience while strengthening recruiting practices to support current and future growth. Key Responsibilities
