AlliantGroup LP. is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters and own a portfolio of roles in an in-office Houston environment. You will partner with hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies, drive candidate experience, and elevate recruiting practices to support growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or communications.
  • Progressive talent acquisition background with full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven success coaching and developing recruiting professionals.
  • Track record partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.
  • Ability to leverage recruiting data and insights for decisions.
  • Experience across multiple functions/locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices with policies and compliance.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and pre-hire transition.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Deliver engaging candidate experiences and articulate the employee value proposition.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and expectations.
  • Advise on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions throughout searches.
  • Collaborate with People/HR leaders on workforce priorities.
  • Use data and trends to improve processes, tools, and stakeholder experiences.
  • Support employer branding, referrals, and market trend monitoring.
  • Apply emerging recruiting practices to strengthen talent acquisition.

Job description

As the Recruiting Manager, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while managing your own portfolio of open roles. This hands‑on leadership role combines team development with full‑cycle recruiting, allowing you to coach and support your team while helping set the standard for how we attract and hire talent.

This is an in‑office, five days a week role where you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, shape effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive hiring experience while strengthening recruiting practices to support current and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering accountability, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent, candidate‑focused recruiting practices.
  • Monitor recruiting workloads and outcomes, adjusting priorities and resources based on hiring needs, business priorities, and team capacity.
  • Establish and reinforce consistent recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices that align with organizational policies and applicable employment requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of open positions while leading full‑cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through candidate evaluation, offer development, and pre‑hire transition.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience through timely communication and effective representation of the organization and its employee value proposition.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and establish clear expectations for the recruiting process.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor, providing guidance on sourcing, talent availability, interviewing, and hiring decisions throughout the search.
  • Partner with People/HR leaders and key stakeholders to advance workforce and talent priorities.
  • Use recruiting data and trends to identify challenges and recommend improvements to recruiting processes, tools, workflows, and stakeholder experiences.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives, including employer brand, referrals, talent pipelines, recruiting technology and talent‑market trend monitoring.
  • Apply emerging recruiting practices and talent‑market insights to strengthen the organization’s approach to attracting talent.
Qualifications

  • Progressive talent acquisition background, including full‑cycle recruiting and demonstrated knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection practices.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing recruiting professionals while managing individual recruiting responsibilities.

  • Involvement in talent acquisition process improvement, recruiting operations, or employer branding initiatives preferred.
  • Strong prioritization and time‑management skills, with a sense of urgency and consistent follow‑through in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Openness to performance feedback and continuous improvement within a team environment is essential.
