Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Staffing Manager in Holland, MI to support the Operating Director with caregiver management, scheduling, and recruiting. The role includes on-call responsibilities and ensuring high-quality client service across home care operations.

The ideal candidate will have an appropriate degree or equivalent experience, two years in an admin/HR role, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Travel is limited but possible for visits and outreach.

• Experience managing caregivers or frontline staff in an office setting.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate client and caregiver calendars using office software.

Responsabilidades

• Caregiver management: hire, onboard, and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules via company software (Axiscare).
• Recruiting: recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
• General office support for Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: conduct intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: deliver high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state regulations.
