Job summary

Creator Nation seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead the hiring strategy for launch and growth in Beverly Hills. You will own full-cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, manage search firms, stand up ATS and hiring standards, and craft the employer brand in step with the launch.

You will work in-office five days a week, partnering with executives to attract top talent across corporate and creative functions to accelerate our growth in entertainment and media.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in entertainment, media, or high-growth startups
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Track record hiring across corporate and creative functions
• Strong direct sourcing skills
• Experience managing search firms
• Experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
• Ability to build excitement around a new company’s vision and opportunity among senior-level candidates

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the launch hiring plan
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for all open roles
• Run search firm relationships for VP/Director searches
• Stand up ATS, interview processes, and hiring standards
• Build the careers page and employer brand in step with the launch announcement
