Job summary

Live Nation is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead the company’s recruiting strategy and talent acquisition for its launch and growth. You will own full-cycle recruiting for the launch hiring plan, build pipelines, and stand up ATS and hiring standards while shaping the employer brand.

You will manage search firm relationships for VP/Director searches and help stand up the careers page and employer brand aligned with the launch announcement, driving excitement among senior-level

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in entertainment, media, or high-growth startups.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Track record hiring across corporate and creative functions.
• Strong direct sourcing skills.
• Experience managing search firms.
• Experience working with ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
• Ability to build excitement around a new company’s vision and opportunity among senior-level candidates.
