Job summary

LG Household & Health Care US is growing its talent function and seeks a Talent Manager to stand up processes and pipelines from ground up. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across three entities, with a focus on Los Angeles and New York.

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to build talent pipelines, champion inclusive hiring, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, marketing, sales, R&D, and operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across three entities.
• Design and build scalable recruiting processes from scratch.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Develop talent pipelines and ensure a stellar candidate experience.
• Advise on structured interviewing and bias mitigation.
