KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Recruiting Manager – Business Development to drive new client relationships across MA and NH. You will expand existing accounts, partner with recruiting teams, and tailor staffing solutions to each client’s hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client engagement.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and sales activities.
• Experience in business development, sales, staffing, or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and target accounts.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Expand existing client relationships by identifying additional hiring needs and cross-selling services.
• Present staffing and workforce solutions tailored to each client's goals and challenges.
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and a high level of client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, client information, and pipeline management within the CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the team.
