Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting seeks a Recruiting Manager – Business Development to grow client relationships across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You will develop new business, expand existing accounts, and partner with recruiting teams to deliver staffing solutions.

This role rewards a competitive, driven professional with strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Prior sales or staffing experience is preferred; athletics or military competitive

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within assigned markets and target accounts.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand hiring needs and business objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Expand existing client relationships by identifying additional hiring needs and cross-selling services.
• Present staffing and workforce solutions tailored to each client’s goals and challenges.
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, client information, and pipeline in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team success.
