84 Lumber is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support the Recruiting Team in developing talent sourcing strategies for current openings and future needs.

You will gain hands-on experience with research, outreach, resume databases, pipelines, and our ATS, while building a pipeline of candidates and screening applicants to assess fit for roles within the company.

This internship emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and professional growth in a dynamic construction materials company.
