Job summary

84 Lumber Company is seeking a Recruiting Intern to work with the Recruiting Team to develop talent sourcing strategies for current openings and future needs.

You will use research, phone calls, resume databases, pipelines and our ATS to identify and present candidates, build a pipeline for future needs, and screen candidates to evaluate fit for roles within the company.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
