Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, offers the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in New Jersey. This full-time internship dives into end-to-end recruiting operations in a high-volume logistics environment across multiple NJ sites, providing hands-on experience and professional growth.

You’ll source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and help manage ATS and onboarding. The program spans 3–6 months with exposure to real projects and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin language skills preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team.

About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

This internship provides hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruiting operations within a high‑volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.

About You
