Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related professional experience
• Proven talent to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced professional environment
• Capacity to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and network with candidates and internal partners
• Flexible self-motivated team player
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize workload
• Show initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday are a plus
• Base Salary Range: $65,000- $75,000 (also includes additional benefits and incentive programs)

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and greet candidates
• Facilitate candidate travel and onboarding/background checks
• Foster relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders and team
• Respond to recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
• Onboard new hires with HR team
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires
• Provide high-touch interview experiences for executives
• Maintain recruitment process documentation
• Input data into Workday and help improve processes
• Support process refinements and ad hoc projects and testing
