Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment, working closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development in North Olmsted, OH. This full-time role coordinates interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS data, and onboarding materials to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree and at least two years in recruitment coordination, with experience in ATS and Paycom HRIS.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Two years of recruitment coordination or HR support experience.
• Experience with ATS and payroll/HRIS systems (Paycom preferred).
