Job summary

Strong Tower Consulting is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams in a hybrid MTV setting. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure smooth candidate movement through a complex interview loop, while maintaining a positive candidate experience and brand image.

You will be the Greenhouse power user, ensuring data integrity, and you will build scalable interview plans, templates, and workflows.

• Monitor interviewer load and surface scheduling bottlenecks early.
• Maintain Greenhouse data integrity and automation workflows.
