Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, admin support or customer service.
• 2+ years in Recruiting Coordination or HR a plus.
• Strong office admin skills with Outlook and MS Office.
• Ability to work in person overtime as needed.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Creative idea generator.
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates via in-person events, video and phone interviews.
• Ensure quality of approved candidates for hiring teams and prep them for interviews.
• Identify profiles required to provide successful candidates to clients.
• Approve or dismiss candidates after screening and prep for new roles.
• Complete I-9, drug tests and all pre-hire requirements.
• Interact and communicate with candidates, internal teams and clients.
• Follow up to drive conversion of candidates in the pipeline.
• Meet all required compliance reports weekly.
