Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Recruiting/Staffing Coordinator to support client direct hire staffing from a client warehouse in Dayton, NJ. This is an onsite role and cannot be performed remotely.

The Recruiting Coordinator will help source and screen candidates for client hiring teams, manage the pre-hire process, and support weekly compliance reporting. The role is based at Dayton, NJ 08810 and requires regular in-person work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, administrative support, or customer service.
• 2+ years in Recruiting Coordination or HR is a plus.
• Work availability: 20–40 hours per week.
• Office administration: Strong skills using Outlook and the MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Thinking style: Ability to generate creative ideas.
• Education: High school or equivalent.
• Language: Spanish (preferred).
• Education preference: Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through in-person hiring events, as well as video and phone interviews.
• Ensure that approved candidates meet hiring team standards and are prepared for their interviews and work experience.
• Understand the profiles needed to provide successful candidates to clients.
• Approve or dismiss candidates after screening and prepare approved candidates for their new role.
• Complete I-9, drug testing, and all other pre-hire requirements for each candidate.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates, internal teams, and the client through interaction and correspondence.
• Follow up with candidates and support conversion across the hiring pipeline.
• Submit all required compliance reports weekly.
