Meaden & Moore in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruiting records, and assist with onboarding and HR projects.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
0–2 years of related recruiting/HR experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review intern and staff-level applications in the ATS and provide recommendations.
Coordinate and conduct initial screening interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews for Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
Prepare interview invitations and organize documents and feedback.
Maintain recruiting records, trackers, and candidate folders.
Support onboarding and recruiting projects as needed.
