Job summary

This hybrid role emphasizes timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders, onboarding support, and involvement in campus recruiting and HR projects. Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 0–2 years of related recruiting/HR experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience maintaining candidate records and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for multiple formats.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and candidate trackers.
• Support onboarding coordination and HR projects.
• Assist with college recruiting and campus events.
• Provide timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
