Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a national nonprofit client in Arlington, Virginia. This temporary role requires coordinating virtual and onsite interviews, managing scheduling changes, and delivering a high-touch candidate and interviewer experience.

You will support recruiting administration and projects across the Talent Acquisition team, using Lever, GoodTime, Microsoft Teams and Outlook, with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, Fridays remote) and an ASAP

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience; recruiting, HR, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a personable, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews and manage scheduling changes
• Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and internal partners
• Manage interview logistics using Lever, GoodTime, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
• Provide a high-touch candidate and interviewer experience
• Support recruiting administration, projects, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team
