Lam Research is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the North America Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate high-volume interview schedules, assist with job postings and visa initiation, and help organize on-site and virtual events.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume scheduling in a recruiting or HR setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional communicator with external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews for North America TA, managing complex schedules.
• Handle day-to-day recruiting support tasks including job postings, relocation and visa initiation, event logistics, and reimbursements.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and admins to finalize interview details and track progress in the Kanban tracker.
• Schedule interviews using Eightfold Career Connect and monitor invites and acceptances.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflow and candidate experience.
