Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support North America growth. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, and build strong candidate pipelines across semiconductor and tech roles.

You will enhance Lam's employer brand, manage candidate experience, and help with immigration coordination in collaboration with legal counsel. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
• Bachelor's degree required; or 3 years with a Master's; or PhD without experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Document job requirements and open requisitions with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure policy compliance.
• Document candidate evaluations and interview feedback; support offers and negotiations.
