Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support North America growth. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, and collaboration with hiring managers and HR.

You will drive employer branding, campus engagement, and immigration processes, building strong talent pipelines. The team is part of Lam’s Global Human Resources Group, offering hybrid work options and a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to document job requirements and open requisitions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Document candidate evaluations and interview feedback.
• Support hiring managers in offer development and negotiation.
• Track recruitment metrics and share updates with stakeholders.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on process improvements.
• May assist with immigration processes in coordination with legal counsel.
