Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a driven Sourcer to join the US Talent Acquisition team. You will develop and execute a talent sourcing strategy, build diverse candidate pipelines, and partner with recruiting teams to assess and advocate for top talent.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple critical roles. The role emphasizes market research, proactive sourcing campaigns, and relationship management in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of talent sourcing, human resources/talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills
• Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Ability to build relationships
• Strong eye for talent and intuition for culture fit
• Agile and willing to work on a variety of positions and a variety of skill sets based on company demand

Responsibilities

• Partner closely and effectively with recruiting and hiring teams to develop, build and execute an effective talent sourcing strategy
• Ability to source and deliver highly qualified and diverse prospects using multiple tools and techniques for a variety of roles at all levels
• Ability to qualify and advocate for talent
• Build talent pipelines and maintain network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation via the company’s CRM
