Job summary

Lam Research in Tualatin, OR, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume interview scheduling and day-to-day recruiting tasks for the North America Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and admins to ensure smooth interview logistics and timely candidate communication.

The role emphasizes process improvement, accurate data tracking, and effective stakeholder management in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Experience supporting high-volume scheduling in recruiting or HR.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews for the North America Talent Acquisition team with high-volume scheduling.
Perform day-to-day recruiting support tasks: create and post job descriptions in SuccessFactors, relocation and visa initiation, on-site event logistics, travel reimbursements for non-local candidates.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and assistants to finalize interview details.
Track interview details and status using the Kanban tracker and monitor invites in Eightfold Career Connect.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems to streamline workflow and candidate experience.
