Job summary

i2G Systems is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition as the glue of the hiring process. You will schedule interviews, manage agency and temp staffing, assist with internal transfers, and maintain iCIMS ATS while ensuring compliance and clear candidate communications.

Position can be in Sterling, VA or Plymouth, MI with hybrid or remote options aligned to Eastern Time or Central Time Zones. This role provides visibility into how a growing organization hires at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of HR/ATS systems and data relationships.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to HR and recruiting.
• Service mindset with a focus on quality candidate and manager experiences.
• Strong communication across all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Proactive, curious, and stakeholder-focused.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate scheduling of candidates for interviews.
• Manage all agency and temp staffing requests and invoices.
• Assist with internal interviewing and internal transfer processes.
• Manage employee referral campaigns for i2G.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with recruiting communications and updates.
• Maintain and track candidate progress in the ATS (iCIMS) with data accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze regular recruiting reports.
• Support government compliance activities in recruiting.
• Collaborate with outside vendors supporting recruiting.
• Stay current on recruiting and HR best practices.
