Job summary

Greene Resources is partnering with a growing organization to find a Recruiting Coordinator. You’ll work alongside the Recruitment Manager and keep the hiring process moving, from first application to scheduled interview, while making sure every candidate has a smooth, professional experience.

You’ll screen applications, hold first-round phone interviews, set up interviews, maintain candidate files in ADP, post jobs, recruit across manufacturing, administrative, technical, and professional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming applications and assess how well candidates fit each role’s requirements.
• Hold first-round phone interviews to gauge candidates’ background, skills, and interest in open positions.
• Set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate files and recruiting activity current and accurate in ADP.
• Provide candidates with prompt, professional updates on their status, interview details, and next steps.
• Help post open positions on internal and external job sites.
• Recruit for manufacturing, administrative, technical, and professional roles as needed.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to set priorities and meet hiring goals.
• Build interview calendars and manage candidate arrangements.
• Follow company policies and employment regulations at every stage of the hiring process.
• Handle all candidate and company information with discretion.
• Perform other recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.
