Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to build and optimize candidate experiences across multiple locations, including Knoxville, Centennial, and Cincinnati. You’ll manage interview calendars, coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers, and refine workflows to ensure a smooth process for candidates and teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry.
Applicant Tracking System experience.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented (nothing falls through the cracks).
Ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels.
Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars.
Work with recruiter and hiring manager to design the candidate experience.
Guide candidates and internal partners through the interview process.
Maintain internal systems and look for process improvements through documentation.
Problem-solve last-minute issues and propose long-term solutions.
Contribute to sourcing, reporting, referral programs, and ad-hoc projects.
Help plan and run recruiting events.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
