Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to build and optimize candidate experiences across multiple locations, including Knoxville, Centennial, and Cincinnati. You’ll manage interview calendars, coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers, and refine workflows to ensure a smooth process for candidates and teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry.
• Applicant Tracking System experience.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented (nothing falls through the cracks).
• Ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels.
• Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars.
• Work with recruiter and hiring manager to design the candidate experience.
• Guide candidates and internal partners through the interview process.
• Maintain internal systems and look for process improvements through documentation.
• Problem-solve last-minute issues and propose long-term solutions.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized recruiting coordinator who will have an opportunity to build processes from the ground up while having the opportunity to lead candidate experience projects. If you love building relationships and problem-solving, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do...

• Coordinate high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars
• Work closely with recruiter and hiring manager to design the candidate experience
• Communicate with both candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process
• Maintain internal systems and tools while looking for ways to improve existing processes through documentation of those processes
• Quickly problem-solve last minute issues that come up while coming up with a longer-term solution
• Contribute to projects including but not limited to candidate sourcing, reporting, referral program management, and ad-hoc projects
• Help plan and run recruiting events
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry
• Applicant Tracking System experience

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $37-43 per hour.
