Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to build scalable processes and improve the candidate experience. You will manage high-volume interview scheduling and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers. This role can be located in Centennial, CO; Cincinnati, OH; or Knoxville, TN.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars.
• Design the candidate experience with the recruiter and hiring manager.
• Guide candidates and internal partners through the interview process.
• Maintain internal systems and seek process improvements.
• Troubleshoot last-minute issues and develop long-term solutions.
• Contribute to sourcing, reporting, and referral programs.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized recruiting coordinator who will have an opportunity to build processes from the ground up while having the opportunity to lead candidate experience projects. If you love building relationships and problem-solving, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do...

• Coordinate high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars
• Work closely with recruiter and hiring manager to design the candidate experience
• Communicate with both candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process
• Maintain internal systems and tools while looking for ways to improve existing processes through documentation of those processes
• Quickly problem-solve last minute issues that come up while coming up with a longer-term solution
• Contribute to projects including but not limited to candidate sourcing, reporting, referral program management, and ad-hoc projects
• Help plan and run recruiting events
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

You have...

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry
• Strong sense of ownership
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented (nothing falls through the cracks!)
• Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people at all levels
• Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-moving environment
• Customer-oriented while being positive
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Exceptional communication skills
• Process oriented and enjoys continuously improving things
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S.Citizenship is required, as only U.S.Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $37-43 per hour. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
