Beehive Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to build and optimize candidate processes. You’ll coordinate high-volume interviews and partner with recruiters and managers to craft a compelling candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels.
• Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-moving environment.
• Customer-oriented while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills; clear and professional.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and manage recruiting calendars.
• Collaborate with the recruiter and hiring manager to design the candidate experience.
• Communicate with candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process.
• Maintain and improve internal systems and documentation of processes.
• Troubleshoot last-minute issues and develop longer-term solutions.
• Contribute to sourcing, reporting, referral program management, and ad-hoc projects.
• Plan and run recruiting events.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
