You will coordinate high-volume interviews, design the candidate experience with recruiters and hiring managers, manage systems, and drive process improvements while handling confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry.
• Applicant Tracking System experience required.
• Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-moving environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars.
• Work closely with recruiter and hiring manager to design the candidate experience.
• Communicate with both candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process.
• Maintain internal systems and tools while looking for ways to improve existing processes through documentation of those processes.
• Quickly problem-solve last minute issues while developing longer-term solutions.
• Contribute to projects including candidate sourcing, reporting, and referral program management.
• Help plan and run recruiting events.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
