Qualifications

• 5+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience.
• Advanced experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• High-volume interview scheduling experience.
• Experience supporting mid-level to senior-level hiring initiatives.
• Multi-time zone calendar management expertise.
• Strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Offer coordination and onboarding support experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology or corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
• Manage complex calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the interview process.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from scheduling through onboarding.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate hiring activities.
• Coordinate offer logistics and assist with onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate records and workflow activity within Greenhouse ATS.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and resolve issues quickly.
• Support recruiting process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Track interview progress and provide timely communication to stakeholders.
