Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking Recruiters/Sourcers to support high-volume early career hiring in a fast-paced TA org. This role is 100% onsite in Chicago, IL or Seattle, WA and focuses on candidate engagement, sourcing, and stakeholder partnerships to attract top early-career talent.

The contract position involves managing multiple requisitions, building pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience through offers and onboarding support.

Qualifications

1–3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to prioritize multiple competing demands and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Conduct candidate outreach and maintain engagement throughout the process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting support.
Manage candidate communications and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Extend offers and support candidates through the offer process.
Provide timely updates to candidates and managers.
