Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and manage calendars across multiple teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Post job openings and keep listings accurate and up to date.
• Support hiring managers with candidate tracking and pipeline updates.
• Assist with onboarding activities and offer letters as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting activity and help generate reports; identify process improvements.
