In this role you’ll schedule interviews, manage calendars, post openings, and support hiring managers with pipeline updates. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus, and you’ll help with onboarding and maintaining Verde’s professional

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• A passion for creating a great experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and manage complex calendars across multiple teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Post job openings and keep listings accurate and up to date.
• Support hiring managers with candidate tracking and pipeline updates.
• Assist with offers and onboarding steps.
