Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• One to two years of administrative experience.
• Previous recruiting coordination or HR support experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging job postings to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with the recruiting team on job advertising.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview calendars and logistics throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, travel details, and recruiting updates.
• Send pre-employment assessments, background checks, and other evaluations.
• Track and maintain assessments, applications, and other recruiting records.
• Conduct employment reference checks and maintain documentation.
• Track and submit monthly recruiting expense reporting.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including flights and hotels.
• Provide other administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed.
