Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with recruiters and managers to source, screen, and hire for diesel technology and heavy equipment positions. The role supports college programs and career fairs while improving processes and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in recruiting or HR, familiarity with EEOC/OFCCP, and strong communication and data skills, with MS Word/Excel proficiency. This is an on-site role in Midland, TX.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EEOC and OFCCP requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or HR experience.

Aufgaben

• Support talent pipelines for diesel technology and heavy equipment roles.
• Research, schedule, and attend career fairs.
• Conduct initial phone screenings, references, and interviews.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and update job boards.
• Collaborate with managers to assess recruiting plan effectiveness.
• Build candidate pipelines and manage candidate experience throughout sourcing.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at recruitment events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
