ASK Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator – Talent Acquisition Operations in the Atlanta, GA area. The role is hybrid (on-site Tue–Thu) with remote options Mon and Fri, for 5+ months on W2 base pay of $27.44/hr, without benefits.

This contract role supports interview scheduling, background check workflows, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations across multiple locations and time zones. Expect a busy, collaborative environment with emphasis on accuracy and process discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience using Workday, Paradox, and MS Office or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and service orientation for candidates and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work across time zones and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones using scheduling tools.
• Assist on-site interview logistics and support candidate experience.
• Collaborate with compliance and background check vendors to complete screenings.
• Support recruiting operations and employee referrals workflow.
• Serve as a main candidate point of contact from Day One and support pre-boarding.
