Job summary

Code Metal is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team, ensuring an efficient and well-organized hiring process with a high-touch candidate experience.

You will coordinate interviews globally, manage feedback with discretion, and maintain Ashby ATS data integrity while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination or Recruiting Operations.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Curiosity about AI and recruitment tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end coordination support to recruiters, including scheduling interviews across time zones.
  • Act as main point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders.
  • Compile and manage interview feedback and briefing documents with confidentiality.
  • Maintain data integrity in the Ashby ATS and update records timely.
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms aligned with brand standards.
  • Prepare offer documentation and assist with approvals.
  • Conduct pre-offer compliance checks.

Job description


  • Code Metal is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team, helping us run an efficient, well-organized hiring process while maintaining a high-touch experience for every candidate

  • Provide end-to-end coordination support to a team of recruiters, including scheduling and managing in-person, phone, and video interviews across global time zones

  • Act as the main point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to keep the recruitment process smooth and professional

  • Compile and manage interview feedback and briefing documents with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure timely, accurate updates within our applicant tracking system (Ashby)

  • Post job openings across internal and external platforms, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and brand standards

  • Partner with recruiters to prepare offer proposals, secure approvals, and generate offer documentation

  • Conduct pre-offer compliance checks to confirm all regulatory and internal requirements are met

  • Build trusted relationships with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and executive assistants

  • Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation platforms to improve scheduling efficiency, candidate communications, and overall recruiting operations

  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of recruitment automation, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and workflow management

  • Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed
