Job summary

Cwill in Cary, NC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to build our team behind the product. You’ll own the full recruiting cycle, scheduling interviews, coordinating across time zones, keeping candidates warm, and ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly as we scale.

You’ll work with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy, draft offers, manage onboarding, and maintain our ATS (Notion) while posting roles on LinkedIn, Workable, Indeed, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Ability to work across time zones and communicate asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (US + China teams).
• Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving.
• Post and update job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, Indeed, etc.).
• Maintain and update ATS and candidate tracker (Notion).
• Support sourcing efforts — LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals.
• Help draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR admin.
• Work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvements.

We're a fast-growing post-purchase SaaS platform serving 30,000+ Shopify and DTC merchants globally, and our HR team is expanding. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us build the team behind the product.

This isn't a passive admin role. You'll be hands-on in the full recruiting cycle — scheduling, coordinating across time zones, keeping candidates warm, and making sure our hiring process runs smoothly as we scale.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (US + China teams)
• Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving
• Post and update job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, indeed, etc.)
• Maintain and update our ATS and candidate tracker (Notion)
• Support sourcing efforts — LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource. business administration or similiar major
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin (required)
• Are comfortable working across time zones and with async communication
• Have experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms
• Move fast and stay calm when priorities shift

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem or SaaS companies
• Experience with Notion, Workable, or similar tools

Details:

• Remote to hybrid (base location in Cary NC)
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required

Starting Pay: 60-70K + Bonus, depends on experiences, open to negotiation
