Job summary

Quince is seeking an East Coast based Recruiting Coordinator to raise the bar on how we coordinate hiring at scale. This role owns interview coordination, solves complex scheduling problems, and improves the coordination function while supporting global interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will design processes, govern offer letters, administer recruiting systems (Greenhouse and ModernLoop), interpret policies, and influence the recruiting coordinator team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
• Experience owning or contributing to offer processes or recruiting systems administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve interview coordination and scheduling processes, SOPs, and playbooks, exercising independent judgment to redesign workflows as hiring needs, volume, and priorities change.
• Coordinate interviews and own the candidate experience for candidates.
• Independently resolve complex scheduling, logistics, and candidate-experience situations, including multi-site or cross-time-zone panels.
• Own offer letter maintenance and governance: templates, workflows, approvals, accuracy, and non-standard cases.
• Identify and implement process enhancements and automations across the recruiting workflow and tech stack, measuring impact.
• Serve as a power user for recruiting systems (Greenhouse and ModernLoop), configuring and maintaining workflows.
• Interpret recruiting policies and advise recruiters and hiring teams on non-routine cases.
