Job summary

Quince is seeking an East Coast based Recruiting Coordinator to elevate hiring coordination at scale and manage interview flow for global searches. The role requires owning processes, governance of offers, and optimizing our recruiting tech stack to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will design and improve coordination workflows, administer systems, and guide recruiters through non-routine cases while ensuring policy compliance and streamlined operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or operations.
• Experience owning offer processes or systems administration.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
• Ability to guide others and influence tooling decisions.
• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve interview coordination, SOPs, and playbooks, redesign workflows as needs change.
• Coordinate interviews and own the candidate experience.
• Resolve complex scheduling, logistics, and candidate-experience situations across time zones.
• Own offer letter maintenance and governance: templates, workflows, and exceptions.
• Identify, propose, and implement process enhancements across the recruiting workflow and tech stack.
• Serve as an administrator for recruiting systems (Greenhouse and ModernLoop).
• Interpret policies and advise recruiters on non-routine cases.
